I loved this! It was hilarious! Qiao You misunderstands slang and uses domineering presidential lines so smoothly she's too cute! I hope someone translates this book!
I used machine translation, and it pretty easy to read, especially if you're familiar with presidential quotes lol. Let's be honest, if you're at the point of MTLing books, you've definitely read enough web novels to understand these lines like "Very good, you've successfully captured my attention" lol.

What type of open-ended ending was that?! The author just dropped everything! No follow-up or anything. No follow up about her issue with her sister and nothing about the potential family drama with each parent doting on the sisters separately. No details about her future (does she continue acting even though she doesn't even like the entertainment world?). No concrete ending on the male lead either! Very disappointed in the ending.
This is the same author as I'm His Grandmother and was also pretty easy to MTL if you want to give it a shot.

MY REVIEW:
This takes place in the same world as I Just Want to Be in a Relationship, which I really liked! The book was a lot shorter than I Just Want to Be in a Relationship, but it still impactful. Ye Fei and Yan Xiao's slow unraveling all of the previous misunderstandings was so sweet but a little sad. Because Ye Fei died so quickly in his previous life, he never knew that Yan Xiao actually loved him.
If you liked Please Confess to Me (this is BG) or My Husband With Scholar Syndrome, you'll like this book.
