After loading the file, Xie Xi changed the option: I will go.

The housekeeper has cut off your head because of love and hatred.

Xie Xi: ???

4 STARS - I REALLY LIKED IT

MY REVIEW:

Xie Xi's journey from a young 19 year old with normal three views to an old hand at coaxing was too funny! The quasi-worlds' dog blood plots baptized him into a true scum shou lmao. I loved the progression of his initial surprise and confusion to each world to his eventual facepalming and helplessness as he had to coax his lover(s) in each world.

The ML was also hilarious as he worked hard (and failed) to make Xie Xi like him. Their interactions were always funny and full of dog food after they got together. I loved how the ML constantly (and shamelessly) blinded his single friends with dog food lol.

There were some parts that were draggy, but overall, this was an entertaining read.

Title: After Transmigrating I Made The Antagonist Cry
Author: 喬木裏
Chapters: 75 chapters + 3 extras
Publication: 2020
Summary from Novel Updates:

He transmigrated into this book with the mission to prevent the antagonist from ending up ‘blackened’ too early.

And became a cannon fodder that is supposed to abandon the antagonist and prostrate himself at the Protagonist Bottom’s feet.

To this, Liu Yu’an would like to say – To abandon a bossy CEO antagonist who likes him and is elegant and beautiful and can even shut down the world economy with one sentence, and go prostrate at the feet of the little idol, the Protagonist Bottom who doesn’t even like him?

The original person must have had his brain bonked silly.

Thank the gods he transmigrated instead.

Later, Liu Yu’an realises – that the elegance and distance is merely a shell the bossy CEO has put about himself. The bossy CEO without the shell is sensitive, lacks confidence and especially lacks a sense of security. He’s also… a crybaby.

As a member of the Virtual Worlds Management Centre, Liu Yu’an has been through dozens of different worlds already. He has been the emperor, the evil court minister, the Lord of all Demons, the Demonic Cultivator Overlord, the Ruler of the Ascended Realm, a teacher, a student, a doctor, a CEO, a general…

Though he never did expect to one day have to play the role of the characters he has been as an actor in another world.

Looking at the Internet, with all sorts of,

Commenter A: Aaaaah! Gege’s acting looks like the genuine Demon Lord himself.

Commenter B: Holy shit! An-ge tell us in all honesty were you a high school homeroom teacher before you debuted?!

Commenter C: I’m in love, seriously, is it too late for me to declare my fanhood allegiance now?!

Liu Yu’an is quite nonplussed, my, oh my, you all are too young, too young…

Yet, not even the experienced transmigrator that he was expected that, one day, he would apply to be allowed taking a book character back out to the real world.

2.5 STARS - I LIKED IT ENOUGH

MY REVIEW:

I didn't particularly like the writing style when the author described a situation (usually during the faceslapping moments) or described a future event that's supposed to come off ironic or funny. It came off as juvenile writing.

The book really just focuses on the romance and fluff. Even the faceslapping or plot points are quick or glossed over to focus on their relationship.

Read this if you want a quick, brain-rotting fluffy novel. No thoughts, just fluff.

3 STARS - I LIKED IT

MY REVIEW:

While the novel was interesting, the translator's comments interspersed throughout the chapters got annoying after a while. Luckily, they bolded those parts, so it was easy to skip over them.
