Harry Potter Hilarity

WARNING: THIS IS A VERY LONG POST FULL OF PICTURES AND SMILES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. :P

HARRY POTTER TOMORROW NIGHT. I'M SO FRICKEN EXCITED. XD

Actually, Shelle and I bought the tickets in advanced a few days after we came home from Vietnam and saw a sign at the movie theaters near our house that said that they were already selling advanced tickets. Was $12.50 per ticket, but WORTH IT.

GONNA WATCH IT IN 3D, BABY! MIDNIGHT PREMIERE AND EVERYTHING! WOOT! :L

It's gonna suck having to wear two pairs of glasses (I should have convinced my mom to get me contacts when we were in Vietnam, man :P), but it will be worth it.

Like I mentioned in my last post, I spent quite some time looking at hilarious Harry Potter pics, most of them coming from tumblr. I have to share it on here, they're so funny and heartbreaking and I can't believe that this is the end. D:

But most of the pics are rotflmao funny because HP fans are the most creative, hilarious beings out there who know how to poke fun at their favorite characters. :)

So, sit back and be prepared for a serious case of the chuckles and cackles -- with a sprinkle of nostalgia and tears.

so truuueee~

omg, I died laughing!

lolz, Rebecca Black. nuff said.

That's all for today. I still have a lot of HP pics that I want to share, but I thought that this would be enough for today. :P

Catch ya later~

Pokemon Apokelypse: Live Action Trailer

Lol, this is a fan-made video called Pokemon Apokelypse: Live Action Trailer, but it still looked pretty interesting. Some of the Pokemon look pretty different from their original design and the plot sounds a little unoriginal, but I think this is a really good fan-made video for a Pokemon movie.

What do you think? Would you watch it?

If it was ever made, I think I'd only watch it if it was on tv or something. Like, it's interesting sounding enough ...just not enough for me to pay money to watch. :P

Also, you should check out Smosh's POKEMON IN REAL LIFE! It's hilarious while still being accurately true to the games.

I'm trying to stop procrastinating and start writing those posts about Vietnam, but it's so hard, especially since there's so many things distracting me. Plus, I am lazy. But you know that already. :P

Gotta go~ For the past few hours, I've been finding some hilarious pics about a certain magical movie. Be prepared. XD

Cover Lover 7

So I know that I said I was still going to be on a book hiatus on here, but I'm finally getting around to catching up on my blog subscriptions and also am finally getting my book love mojo back going on that was slowly disappearing during the summer, so I figured that I'd keep on posting my usual memes and stuff on here while I try to stop procrastinate on writing those posts about my vacation experiences. Although there probably still won't be any book reviews for a while since I haven't been reviewing any of the books that I've read lately.

Anyway, enjoy!

Movie News & A Little Update

I know that I've been out of the loop for a while, so I'm pretty sure that I'm the only one who hasn't heard about this already. But really, four movies? Is this becoming a new trend for popular book series that are being made into movies by splitting the last book into two parts? I mean, first Harry Potter [totally not complaining, tho XD], then Twilight... now the Hunger Games?

Deadline.com reported that Lionsgate "has been carefully observing predecessors who squeezed an extra film out of a book franchise," and even though the notion "isn't set in stone" yet, the film company seems to be planning to make four movies from Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games trilogy.
Mockingjay, the last novel in the series, would be split in half because it is "logistically ambitious and can be scaled up comfortably to cover two films. I believe that Gary Ross and Collins have done rewrites and already figured out how to create a satisfying ending to the third film," Deadline.com wrote.

This isn't a real movie poster, but I really like it. :L

Anyway, Krista and Jeffy came over yesterday. I gave them the souvenirs that I got them in Vietnam, Krista three hats and a little painting, and Jeffy a rice paddy hat. Originally, we had planned on going for a walk, but it was raining on and off all day, so we had a nerf war at my house since Krista had brought her nerf gun over. Since neither Jeffy or I had nerf guns [we're both planning on buying some eventually :P] we used Brian's guns.

After that, Krista and I decided to karaoke even though the batteries in the mikes were dead. We played all of the cheesey songs that we knew from the late 90's and sang along to them along with the other random songs that we recognized in the songbook.

Then, today, I learned how to play music videos and movies from my hard drive onto the Xbox 360, so Krista and I watched last year's Star Dance Battle on the tv instead of watching it on my laptop like how we usually had to. Also, we watched music videos and made idiots of ourselves trying to copy the song's choreography. I forgot just how fast and intricate Super Junior's dances were. XP We didn't get to dance for long, though, since Krista's dad came by to take us to the movies.

We watched Priest at the dollar movie theaters, waiting for a bit afterwords for her dad to pick us up and take me back home. The movie was actually pretty good. Maybe because I couldn't find any immediate plot holes and since there wasn't any cheesy romance scenes, lol. Either way, I enjoyed it.

Now, I'm going to go... do something. :P

Peace! ^^V

A Happy Fourth Hiatus!

Happy fourth of July! Who's lighting up fireworks tonight? :D

Most likely not me seeing as I have no plans for tonight, lol.

Anyway, I came back on the 1st a few days ago. I was planning on blogging sometime during that day, but jetlag and generally laziness had me procrastinating for the longest time. Plus, I've really been addicted to reading Kingdom Hearts fanfiction lately... stayed up til 4 this morning finishing reading a story. -__-"

As you can tell from the title, I decided to still have a little hiatus. At least for the books and reviewing part on my blog anyway. I'll still be posting on here, but I want to blog about my experience in Vietnam because for one, Shelle and I took over 3,000 pictures over there, two, I really want to talk about revelations and realizations while over there, and three, I want to show off the beauty that is Vietnam that I saw while staying over there for five weeks.

So if you can't handle a little cultural experience for the next few weeks, I suggest you go visit another blog. :P

I'm not sure when I'll stop being such a lazy procrastinator and actually start writing these posts (and finish putting everything away now that I think about it...), but rest assured! It will eventually happen! I should prolly get all of the pics from Shelle first anyway...

I should prolly add that I've been sick ever since the day we left Vietnam --I know, sounds pretty ominous, lol-- which is most likely also the other reason why I've been tired so early at night and not wanting to really do anything that involved a lot of brain cells. (My reason for not posting anything! :P)

So, that's it for now. I'll see you soon!
