It's hilarious how dense Mina is of Yuito's feelings! If you don't like dense but bubbly heroines, this might not be for you.

4 STARS - I REALLY LIKED IT
MY REVIEW:
This was a great novel about helping change someone's fate based on their family experiences. You really feel for Yin Mingzheng, especially in the beginning when he was a prickly hedgehog used to being blamed for everything. His slow growth from an isolated, angry youth to a young adult who learned to accept people's flaws and be more forgiving towards people who care about him was really great to experience.
I could definitely relate to Shu Ning's experience of a father raising his cub lol. However, I felt like the ending was pretty rushed? We were robbed of a fluffy romance after the couple got together! The one extra chapter wasn't enough! What about their future plans like Shu Ning talked about? And what happened to Zhou Juan and her real son? Did they get a chance to repent? Were they like a pair of dogs biting each other after the fallout? Author, I just wanna know!!!

2.5 STARS - IT WAS OKAY
MY REVIEW:
I really enjoyed one of the author's more famous books, I Like Your Pheromones, so I thought I'd read this book as well since the summary sounded interesting. And it was interesting, but it wasn't as great or funny as I Like Your Pheromones. Since it was tagged as a comedy, I thought it would be more funny, but there wasn't much humor except little instances sprinkled throughout.
Also, because the misunderstanding dragged on for more than half of the book, it was more dramatic and angsty with not enough humor to lighten up the mood.
Overall an okay read, but I definitely skimmed through parts.
